Travelodge Sittingbourne

Having arrived a tad early the nice lady on reception that morning was most helpful . Helped me with an early check in and even arranged a taxi for later that day . Room was surprisingly spacious and very clean . Had a good nights sleep , comfortable beds . Would definitely book again .

Stayed here for 1 night after we finished the job it is a very nice located hotel was welcomed by the lovely Chantelle and Barbie in desk was very joyful and helpful big thank you ladies

Absolutely the worst location I have been in. The noise levels is awful. The windows don’t stop the noise at all, light that comes in doesn’t make for a good nights sleep. Anti social behaviour outside, 2 men having an altercation early hours and then 1 of them allowed in the hotel (doors were locked, so someone had to unlock them) and he then ran through the corridors shouting abuse and using all profanities known to man. Wasn’t stopped by staff either. Left the hotel early and complaints procedure is a joke! The car park isn’t £3 for 24 hours as told at reception, it’s £3 each time you come in and out as need a new ticket each time. If you parked and never moved the car then it’s £3 for 24 hours.

Where do start ! On night shift, I was woken up by staff walking into my room for some reason while trying to sleep, then woken up by a fire alarm test which really ticked me over the edge, I then finally fell back to sleep but had knocking on my door asking if I can let reception know when I leave my room for work that night (it had already been tested mind)

Excellent staff Alice and Barbie have made me feel very welcome. Hotel is a standard travelodge. However these 2 staff made it stand above the rest.

The location perfect. As we are both disabled the hotel could not have been better. The staff could not do enough for us.
